I started back into writing in a gratitude journal a year ago and have found the practice very beneficial. While I was only using an empty lined notebook - which still serves the same purpose - the 3 questions in this guided gratitude journal greatly assist me to focus on what I am grateful for today, what I learnt from the day's experiences, and to also manifest more of what I would like to receive tomorrow. I bought the navy blue bottle and it looks good and feels good to hold. The handle at the top makes it easy to carry in the gym or even hang up.
