Shipping within 2 to 5 business days for domestic orders, or 3-15 days international.

Credit Card + Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on our website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit their website: paypal.com.

shopPay + Google Pay: Shop with us and then checkout using your preferred method for express checkout.

Starseed Ninja utilises print-on-demand, which means that your ordered items are produced only once we receive your order.

This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you (our customer) ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Starseed Ninja offers a free replacement, a refund, or a store credit if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. You (our customer) are responsible for shipping charges when making returns. Shipping/handling fees of the original purchase are non-refundable.
