A Lovely Gratitude Journal

I started back into writing in a gratitude journal a year ago and have found the practice very beneficial. While I was only using an empty lined notebook - which still serves the same purpose - the 3 questions in this guided gratitude journal greatly assist me to focus on what I am grateful for today, what I learnt from the day's experiences, and to also manifest more of what I would like to receive tomorrow.
